The Department of Consultancy, MDP & Applied Research (DPGU–SMR) delivers end-to-end solutions across strategy, applied research, public-policy evaluation, market intelligence, capability building, and social-impact advisory. We design and manage multi-year research initiatives; conduct scheme assessments with rigorous fieldwork, data coding, and analytics; and produce both syndicated and customized market reports to inform decisions for industry and government stakeholders. Insights are translated into implementation through Management Development Programs, training-needs assessments, compliance frameworks, and self-paced learning modules tailored for MSMEs, corporate teams, veterans, and emerging leaders. Our CSR consulting supports outreach, impact measurement, and NGO capacity building, while our engagement model integrates faculty expertise, structured student internships, and a strong HR network-ensuring measurable outcomes, scalable delivery, and sustained value for all stakeholders.
