MBA - Agribusiness Management

Programme Overview

This MBA in Agribusiness Management is a two-year full-time postgraduate programme for students who want to build careers in the agriculture and food sector. Today agriculture is much more than farming alone. It involves several connected activities such as input supply, processing, logistics, marketing, rural enterprises, and technology-based solutions that support the agricultural ecosystem. Our programme is designed to help students understand how these different parts of the agricultural value chain are connected.

Along with core management subjects, students are introduced to areas like agricultural economics, commodity markets, rural marketing, agri-technology, and agri-startup management. Learning is not restricted to classroom teaching. Regular field visits, case discussions, and interaction with people working in the industry are part of our programme so that students can see how agribusiness operates in real situations. Over the course of two years, the programme focuses on building analytical thinking and practical decision-making skills that are useful in managing agribusiness operations.

MBA Agribusiness student can explore opportunities in agribusiness companies, food processing industries, supply chain networks, rural development organisations, and emerging agri-entrepreneurship ventures.
