1) International & National Consulting
Active pipeline of cross-border and domestic consulting assignments.
Portfolio includes multi-project research proposals, with structured roles for faculty and paid student internships.
Scope to onboard international internships (up to 15 students) through investment-promotion and allied research bodies.
2) Applied Research & Long-Term Programs
Capability to design and manage 25+ year programmes (e.g., population and health surveillance initiatives) with MoUs in place, studies completed/ongoing.
Deliverables span research design, field execution, analytics, publication, clinical-trial support, and policy translation; plus executive mentorship and MDP pipelines in technology-intensive sectors.
3) Public Policy & Government Programme Evaluation
Full lifecycle evaluations: scheme identification → methodology → fieldwork → coding & tabulation → analysis → reporting → dissemination.
Proven field capacity with 600+ beneficiary surveys and 10+ department-level interviews in agriculture-linked schemes; model is replicable district-wise with significant opportunity (majority of schemes require assessment).
Experience preparing national strategy frameworks with consultation workshops planned with senior civil services.
4) Market Research & Business Intelligence
40+ syndicated market-research reports and district-level export-orientation studies.
ODOP support: 10-point strategic agenda and a “10 businesses per taluka” model; 30 paid internships at district industry centers.
Commercial model ready: student-faculty teams producing reports, with in-house report automation system under development.
5) Management Development Programs (MDP) & Training
Multi-module MSME program (5-day, weekend format): 110+ corporate participants, 42 curated topics, 10+ faculty, self-paced learning, and add-on compliance toolkits.
Workforce upskilling at enterprise scale: training-needs assessment, AI/ML-enabled skill mapping, and delivery plans covering ~1,200 employees.
Value-adds: university-recognized certificates, recorded content, forum & advisory support, and dedicated hand-holding post program.
6) CSR & Social-Impact Advisory
End-to-end design and delivery of community outreach and impact-measurement programs; ongoing campaigns projected to reach ~50,000 beneficiaries by Feb 2026.
NGO capacity-building workshops (target: 30+ NGOs) and joint rural-development research initiatives, including national-level consultations.
