• Capability to design and manage 25+ year programmes (e.g., population and health surveillance initiatives) with MoUs in place, studies completed/ongoing.
• Deliverables span research design, field execution, analytics, publication, clinical-trial support, and policy translation; plus executive mentorship and MDP pipelines in technology-intensive sectors.

3) Public Policy & Government Programme Evaluation

• Full lifecycle evaluations: scheme identification → methodology → fieldwork → coding & tabulation → analysis → reporting → dissemination.
• Proven field capacity with 600+ beneficiary surveys and 10+ department-level interviews in agriculture-linked schemes; model is replicable district-wise with significant opportunity (majority of schemes require assessment).
• Experience preparing national strategy frameworks with consultation workshops planned with senior civil services.
